This edition is committed to giving an overview of the state of the art as well as upcoming trends, and to promoting discussion about technological and legal aspects of Information Society. For this first volume of our series, all types of papers are a priori accepted (research articles, reviews, case studies, etc.) dealing with a broad range of themes. Before acceptance, papers will undergo a blind review process. As usual in our publications, we highly encourage authors to write their paper rigourously from a scientific point of view, but making it compatible with a "pedagogical" perspective.
