Exhibition Stands are of varying sizes to cater for all
exhibitors' budgets. Each Stand is equipped with Shell Scheme walling 2.5 metres
high, carpet, fascia
name board, spotlights, power points, one table and two chairs, stand cleaning and
overnight security.
Exhibitors will also benefit from free inclusion on the
APHYS-2003
website with their company logo and profile and a hyperlink back to their own
website.
APHYS-2003 will be publicised through a wide range of market
sector journals that will be following the progress of the APHYS-2003
event, enabling

Exhibition fee
A composite fee of EUR 1.200 for each unit of 3.0 metres x 2.0
metres covers the hire of space and one exhibitors representative who is entitled to
full delegate privileges. Additional exhibition units will be charged at the same rate,
including a representative.

Additional representatives
Each representative additional to the free place included with the
stand fee will be charged the members' delegate fee of EUR 300 and will be entitled to
full delegate privileges.
Security
Although every effort is made to protect exhibitors' property, we
do advise that stands are never left unattended (see Conditions of exhibiting, clause 2).
The exhibition area is locked at the close of Conference each day and overnight storage
for portable equipment is available.
Conditions of exhibiting
1.Application forms, preferably accompanied by a cheque payable to
Formatex, copy of transfer or credit card information, must arrive by September 8th, 2003.
2.The exhibitor exhibits entirely at his/her own risk. The
Conference/Exhibition Organization are not liable for any loss or damage to persons
or property which the exhibitor or his/her agents may sustain.
3.Exhibitors must not alter the appointments of the exhibition area and
any damage caused by the exhibitor or his/her agents to the furniture or property must be
made good at the exhibitors expense. Exhibitors should also indemnify the Conference
Organization against liabilities, action, costs, claims and compensation for injury or
loss to any person or damage to or loss of any property on his/her part. Exhibitors should
be adequately insured against such liabilities.
4.Exhibitors must erect their stands on Sunday 12th or Monday 13th
October to ensure that the exhibition is in place by 10.00 on Tuesday 14th Octoberl.
Exhibits must not be removed before 14.00 on Saturday 18 October 2003.
5.Cancellations: It is recognised that unforeseen circumstances may
make a cancellation necessary. Our policy is: cancellations received by July 14th 2003 -
full refund; cancellations received before August 25th 2003 - 50% refund; cancellations
received after this date - no refund.
