| (1) Deadline for registration of participants who will not present any works during the conference is 15 November
(2) In order to apply for the Student Registration rate, students are required to send a copy of their student card to the Conference Secretariat. Papers registered under the Student registration are expected to be presented by the student registered AT THE CONFERENCE (not virtually). Students wishing to present papers through the virtual modality must register as Virtual Participants.

Full registration entitles the participant to:
| - Presentation of two works (at most) during the conference

Registration under the PhD Students / Undergraduates modality entitles the participant to:
- Attendance at all scientific and commercial activities
| - Presentation of two works (at most) during the conference
| | - Certificates of attendance and presentation of works
| | - Submission of two manuscripts (at most) in order to be considered for publication in the Proceedings Book or in the special issues of the journals with which the Conference has agreed their publication.

Thinking on those researchers directly related with the Conference topics but unable to attend it personally (usually due to insufficient funding to cost all the conference expenses: travel, accommodation, registration, etc.), a Virtual Participation modality has been established, with the same validity than "physical" one (certificates, publications, etc.).
For this kind of presentations, participants will be requested to send "virtual posters" ("Power Point" presentations, for example), which will be exhibited at the virtual participation online platform.
Every virtual poster/presentation will have a public and a private electronic forum associated, which will allow interested researchers and authors to e-interact, even after the end of the Conference. Authors of this kind of posters/presentations are requested to reply or discuss the commentaries/ questions of their works.
Virtual participants are entitled to:
- Abstract book and certificate of work presentation under the virtual modality (this material will be dispatched to the registered author after the conference)

INSURANCE
Registration fees do not include insurance of any kind. It is strongly recommended that you take out an insurance policy of your choice at the time you register for the Conference and book your travel. The policy should include loss of fees/deposit through cancellation of your participation in the Conference, or through cancellation of the Conference due to unforeseen circumstances, loss of international/domestic air fares through cancellation for any reasons, loss of tour monies through cancellation for any reasons (including airline or related services), industrial strike action within Spain or internationally, failure to utilize tours or pre-booked arrangements due to airline delays or any other reasons, medical expenses, loss or damage to personal property, additional expenses and repatriation travel arrangements that have to be altered. The Secretariat cannot take any responsibilities for any participants failing to arrange their own insurance. This insurance should be purchased in your own country. It is also advisable that participants are covered with medical insurance. |
