REGISTRATION FEES 

(1) Students are required to send a copy of their student card to the Conference Secretariat. Papers registered with a Student registration fee are expected to be presented by the student registered AT THE CONFERENCE (not virtually). Students wishing to present papers through the virtual modality must register as Virtual Participants.

(2) For this modality, this is the registration fee per presented paper. The registration fee includes a copy of the Proceedings voloume where the paper appears, which will be sent to the corresponding author by mail after the Conference.

One Full registration entitles the participant to:

o Attendance at all scientific and commercial activities.
o Copy of one Proceedings volume.
o Abstracts book let.
o Coffee breaks and snacks during the Conference, and Farewall Cocktail.
o Participation in the Social Program

Students registration does not include the Proceedings volume. Accompanying guests are entitled to attend the Social Program (to be published in due time).

IMPORTANT: Please note that if you will submit an article for the Proceedings Book, at least one authors must pay the registration fee before November 3th. Papers without payment can not be included in the Book.

INSURANCE

  Registration fees do not include insurance of any kind. It is strongly recommended that at the time you register for the Conference and book your travel you take out an insurance policy of your choice. The policy should include loss of fees/deposit through cancellation of your participation in the Conference, or through cancellation of the Conference due to unforeseen circumstances, loss of international/domestic air fares through cancellation for any reason, loss of tour monies through cancellation for any reason, including airline or related services, industrial strike action within Spain or internationally, failure to utilize tours or pre-booked arrangements due to airline delay or any other reason, medical expenses, loss or damage to personal property, additional expenses and repatriation should travel arrangements have to be altered. The Secretariat cannot take any responsibility for any participant failing to arrange their own insurance. This insurance is to be purchased in your country of origin. It is also advisable that participants be covered by medical insurance.
