The Organizing Commitee will arrange a bus from Madrid's Airport on December 2, with departure at 19:00. The cost of this transportation service is 18 EUR (payment on-site)

I Want to Make Use of this Service

Please note that this service is only provided to come to Badajoz. In any case, there are more than 5 daily buses from these two cities (also trains). You can make your tickets reservations personally at the following phone numbers of the Company "Auto-Res":

providing your Name and your Passport Number. If you have any problem with this, please contact the travel agency at hotel@formatex.org and they will make the reservation for you. Please note that the ticket should be paid at least one hour before the bus departure at the Bus Station.

The Conference Committee will also arrange a shuttle-bus to the Lisbon Airport on Tuesday December 2 with departure at aprox. 19:00. The cost of this transportation service is 15 EUR.

The Conference Committee will also arrange a shuttle-bus to the Lisbon Airport on Sunday December 7 with departure at aprox. 10:00. The cost of this transportation service is 15 EUR.
