Thinking in those researchers directly related with the Conference topics which are not able to attend it in person (usually researchers from developing countries, researchers from countries very far from Spain and without enough fundingl, etc.), a Virtual Participation modality will be established, with the same validity than "physical" one. For this type of presentations, authors will be requested to send "virtual posters" (for example, "Power Point" presentations), to be "exposed" at the PCs available at the posters rooms, as well as the corresponding paper (if any) for review. We are now negociating with several sponsors, which would provide a username/password interface, so that virtual participants can follow oral presentations in direct through the internet. This virtual modality was succesfully established in our last ICTE2002 International Conference. A limited number of works can be presented in this way.
