Deadline for abstracts submission: 10 October 2006 (absolute deadline)

Once the abstract has been submitted, the acceptation decision of it will be communicated between 7 and 10 days after its submission.

The abstracts can be one-page long (at most), and images can be included in the abstracts whenever the total length does not exceed one page in the template format that we advise you to download and use:

Deadline for full paper submission: 30 October 2006

Once the abstract has been accepted, you can start to prepare your full-length paper which will be published in the Conference Proceedings Book.

For preparing full-length papers, please use the template which you can download below. We recommend you to "copy and paste" the content of your paper in the template in order to keep the format.

Maximum number of pages per manuscript: 5 (for all types of modalities)

IMPORTANT: Please note that if you intend to submit a paper for the Proceedings Book, at least one author must be registered.

Information about papers presentation in the Conference

Oral presentation modality

Once the abstract has been submitted and evaluated, the acceptation decision of it will be communicated between 10 and 15 days after its submission.
Once the deadline of abstracts submission has been exceeded (10^th October), the International Advisory Board will select the most relevant papers to be presented as oral communications in conference programme. That confirmation will take place on 19^th October approximately.

Once the abstract has been submitted and evaluated, the acceptation decision of it and the confirmation that the paper can be presented as poster in the conference will be communicated between 7 and 10 days after its submission.
After this confirmation, you can start to prepare the poster according to the instructions that can be found in the following link:

If you have chosen this modality to present your paper in the conference, and once the abstract has been received and evaluated, the acceptation decision of it and the confirmation that the paper can be presented as virtual poster in the conference will be communicated between 10 and 15 days after its submission.
