9 February 2009: Extended deadline for abstracts submission (Preferred presentation mode: Oral)
24 February 2009: Extended deadline for abstracts submission (Preferred presentation mode: Poster or Virtual)

4 March 2009: Notification of definitive presentation mode (for participants whose first option is oral presentation mode)

17 March 2009: Deadline for submission of full papers to be considered for inclusion in the Proceedings Book

27 March 2009: Extended registration deadline for participants who submit full papers to be considered for inclusion in the Proceedings Book

30 March 2009: Deadline for submission of virtual papers

13 April 2009: Registration deadline for participants who do not submit any manuscripts to be considered for inclusion in the Proceedings Book but who do present papers during the conference.
