  • Registration deadline for participants who submit full papers to be considered for inclusion in the Proceedings Book is 27 March. Please note that at least one author must be registered before this date to include the corresponding manuscript in the book.
  • Registration deadline for participants who do not submit any manuscripts to be considered for inclusion in the Proceedings Book but who do present papers during the conference is 13 April. Please note that registration forms must be sent before this date to assure the inclusion of the corresponding works in the Conference Program.
  • On-site registrations can only be accepted exceptionally.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

 

  • Payment of registration can be made by Credit Card (Visa or Mastercard), or by Bank Transfer. If this last option is the one chosen, please indicate “m-ICTE2009 and the participant’s name in the concept/reference when transferring the fee. Please, also send a photocopy of the bank transfer/purchase order together with the registration form.

 

  • Deadline for early registration is 6 February. It is necessary to send the registration form (together with the photocopy of the bank transfer/purchase order in case of selecting bank transfer as payment option) before that date to apply for this fee.

 

  • Students are required to send a copy of their student card (together with the registration form) to apply for the Student registration fee. Papers registered under the Student registration mode are expected to be presented by the student registered at the conference (not virtually). Students wishing to present papers through Virtual Participation mode must register as Virtual Participants.

FEES FOR PARTICIPANTS INCLUDE


Full rate and Student participants are entitled to:
 

  • Attendance at all scientific and commercial activities
  • Presentation of two papers (at most) during the conference
  • Submission of two full papers (at most) in order to be considered for inclusion in the Proceedings Book.
  • Certificates of attendance and work presentation
  • A copy of the Proceedings Book
  • Coffee breaks
  • Attendance at the Social Program
      


Virtual participants are entitled to:
 

  • Presentation of one paper at the online platform for virtual participation
  • Certificate of work presentation under the virtual participation mode (it will be dispatched to the registered author after the conference)
  • Submission of one full paper in order to be considered for inclusion in the Proceedings Book
  • A copy of the Proceedings volume where the full paper appears and the CD Proceedings (they will be dispatched to the registered author after the conference)
     
     

 

CANCELLATION POLICY


Refund of registration fees will be as follows:
 

  • Cancellations received before 20 March 2009 -full refund less bank charges
  • Cancellations received from 21 March to 17 April 2009 - 50% of registration fees will be refunded
  • No refund on cancellations sent after 17 April 2009
     

Refunds will be processed between 2 or 3 weeks after receiving requests.
