m-ICTE2009 Conference, which will be a significant international media event, offers the opportunity for organizations that benefit directly from the business generated by educational technology research, to be directly involved by way of sponsorship.

For these groups, the Conference offers not only a return represented by their products being identified in the international scientific community, but also a chance to communicate about the role that they play in IT & Education research to a large number of educators, trainers, managers, designers, etc. from a variety of countries who will be assembled at one place and at one time.

The following packages have been tailored to appeal to a wide variety of marketing objectives. However, if there are other ways in which your organization would like to be involved, we welcome the opportunity to discuss these with you.
 

 m-ICTE2009 PLATINUM Sponsor 5.000 €

Only one major sponsor will be accepted for the Conference, which will be a cornerstone partner in the Congress. The sponsorship agreement will be negotiated to meet the sponsor’s needs. Negotiated benefits could include:

  • Naming rights to the congress.
  • One exhibition booth situated in the exhibition hall
  • Company logo displayed on the screen in the Opening and Closing sessions and prior to each session.
  • Company banner to be displayed in a prominent location.
  • 2 advertising inserts in the conference bags.
  • 2 complimentary Conference registrations.
  • A 30 minutes session for products/company presentation
  • Acknowledgement with company logo and name in all printed Congress material (Proceedings Book, Program, etc.)
  • Acknowledgment as the Platinum Sponsor at the Conference website
  • Corporate promotional materials distributed at registration desk
  • Free distribution of promotional materials during next edition of m-ICTE Conference.

 

 m-ICTE2009 GOLD Sponsors 2.500€

3 Gold Sponsors will be accepted for the conference. The sponsorship agreement will be negotiated to meet the sponsor’s needs. Negotiated benefits could include:

  • One exhibition booth situated in the exhibition hall.
  • Company logo displayed on the screen in the Opening and Closing sessions and prior to each session.
  • 1 advertising insert in the conference bags.
  • Company logo displayed in the exhibition hall.
  • 1 complimentary Conference registration.
  • Acknowledgement with company logo and name in the Proceedings Book.
  • Acknowledgment as the Gold Sponsor at the Conference website.

 

 Proceedings Book 2.000 €

The Book of Proceedings will be distributed to all delegates at the beginning of the Conference. This is a quite high impact sponsorship opportunity, since books of proceedings will be used continuously by researchers as reference book for some years. They also serve as major sources in the IT & Education community.

  • Company logo/information on 5 pages (colour) of the Proceedings Book.
  • Acknowledgment as sponsor at the Conference website
  • 1 complimentary Conference registration.

 

 Poster Sessions 1.200 €

Negotiated benefits could include:

  • Naming rights to the Poster Session.
  • Logo of the company at the posters panels (1 logo every 4-5 panels)
  • Acknowledgement by the session chairperson at the opening of the session.
  • Acknowledgement with company logo and name in the printed Congress material.
  • Acknowledgment as sponsor at the Conference website.
  • The opportunity to hang a banner or promotional advertising in the Poster Session venue during the duration of the session.

 

 Congress Satchels 3.000 € (if the organization must acquire them), and 1.700 € if provided by the sponsor

Each delegate attending the Congress will receive a satchel/bag at registration. Sponsorship is sought from a single sponsor for satchels of a type and standard approved by the Organising Committee. Negotiated benefits could include:

  • The right to display the company logo on the satchels.
  • Acknowledgement in the Congress handbook.
  • Acknowledgment as sponsor at the Conference website
  • 1 complimentary Conference registration.

 

 Name Badges (two positions) 1.000 €

Name badges will be worn by all delegates. The card will be printed with the sponsor’s logo and the organization and delegate's names. Negotiated benefits could include:

  • Company logo on the badge card.
  • Acknowledgement in the Congress handbook.

 

 Satchel Inserts 500 € per item

All registered delegates to the Congress will receive a Congress satchel. The sponsorship benefit is:

  • Opportunity to insert one promotional brochure or other item into the delegate satchels.
