NEW: PUBLICATION OF LATE
PAPERS!!
Due to the high number of
people which are contacting us asking about the possibility of publication
of late papers (submitted after the September 30th deadline), the ICTE2002
Organizing Committee has decided to continue considering and accepting
more posters proposals, until two weeks before the Conference. 5 pages
articles (see below for details) corresponding to these late papers will
be published by the Organizing Committee in a Second book edition. This
book will also be edited in a citeable form (ISBN) and will be digitalized
and sent in CD to all late participants, which may decide if printing it
or not in their respective Centres. In any case, the Cd will contain an
exact duplication of the "physical" book and will therefore
contain: book cover, pages with editorial information (ISBN and other
editorial informations), full-lenght papers, back page, etc.

Papers presented in ICTE
2002 will be published in a Proceedings Volume by the Organizing Comitee (Eds.: Antonio
Méndez-Vilas and J.A.Mesa González), and will be distributed amongst all the attendees.
Additional copies will be on sale through FORMATEXs homepage. The book will be entitled INFORMATION SOCIETY AND EDUCATION: MONITORING
A REVOLUTION and will be published in a citeable form (with
ISBN), within the book series Information Society,
a high quality book series published by the Government of Extremadura. The printed
Proceedings Volume is intended to be ready for distribution at the beginnig of the
conference. For this reason all the potential contributors are hardly encouraged to
strictly follow the deadlines.
We accept papers reporting original research (and/or case study /
development), surveys and essays. All papers must be original, that is, never published
before. You will be asked to sign a standard publication release.
